Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

• Both brown bears and salmon are wild animals with unpredictable behavior. Sightings of brown bears depend on various factors and cannot be guaranteed.
• Brown bear viewing involves certain risks. Please strictly follow the instructions and arrangements of national park staff to avoid dangerous behaviors.
• No food or any beverages other than plain water are permitted throughout the entire trip.
• This product provides English-language services. Participants are required to have basic English communication skills. Please sign up according to your personal situation.
• For this itinerary, you are required to hold a valid photo-bearing identification document, such as a national passport with a U.S. visa, a U.S. resident ID card, a U.S. driver's license, and so on.
• Guests are required to arrive at the assembly point on their own. If guests fail to meet the tour guide at the designated time and place due to personal reasons (including but not limited to illness, accidents, late arrival, etc.), miss the boarding opportunity and thus cannot participate in the itinerary activities, the same-day tour fee will not be refunded. Warm Reminder: - Please arrive at the assembly point at least 1 hour in advance to complete check-in procedures. You may call the emergency contact number 1-2 days before departure to reconfirm the assembly time and location.
• Most summer tours in Alaska focus on outdoor natural landscapes. During the tour, please strictly follow the instructions of tour guides and maintain harmony with nature.
• Some areas in Alaska have low temperatures in summer. Please prepare warm clothing according to your physical condition, such as windbreakers, fleece jackets, hats, scarves and other items.
• There are many roadside viewing spots in Alaska. When getting off the vehicle for sightseeing, tourists are strictly prohibited from stopping or taking photos in the middle of the road. Tourists shall bear full responsibility for any safety accidents arising therefrom.
• Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to join the group alone and must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the trip.
• In the event of impacts caused by force majeure factors (including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental or social acts, accidents or malfunctions, road blockages, etc.), with the safety and rights and interests of all tour group guests as the primary premise, we reserve the right to take corresponding measures and make appropriate adjustments according to the actual on-site situation. Such adjustments include temporarily changing the time or content of the itinerary, or even canceling part or all of the scenic spots, and we reserve the right of final interpretation. The relevant tour fees are non-refundable, and any additional expenses incurred therefrom (such as extended hotel stay, vehicle and tour guide services, meals, flight ticket rescheduling, etc.) shall be borne by the guests themselves. - Natural disasters: floods, earthquakes, hailstorms, blizzards, tsunamis, etc. - Governmental or social acts: wars, strikes, demonstrations, regime changes, policy adjustments, terrorist threats, etc. - Accidents or malfunctions: sudden breakdowns of transportation such as tour buses, sudden damage to recreational facilities, traffic accidents and other incidents obstructing road traffic, etc. - Road blockages: road closures caused by objective factors such as bad weather and traffic accidents.
