Overview
- Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is open daily. The average length of visit is 2.5 – 3 hours. Free Shuttle is operating with the main pick-up location at Canada Place.
- Located in North Vancouver, the Capilano Suspension Bridge is about 140 meters long and 70 meters high. It spans the Capilano River and a large area of dense forest. It was built in 1889 and is visited by about 800,000 people every year.
- Experience different perspectives of our 30-acre park! Capilano Suspension Bridge crosses towering evergreens. On Treetops Adventure, cross 7 suspended footbridges offering views 110 feet above the forest floor.
- Capilano Suspension Bridge is Vancouver’s original visitor attraction with the original bridge built over 130 years ago! Ever wonder where the name Capilano comes from? It is actually an indigenous name belonging to the Squamish Nation and originally spelled Kia’palano, meaning “beautiful river”.

Booking and Confirmation Process
- Booking normally confirmed within 5 minutes if available. In the unlikely event that the inventory runs out, we will send you a cancellation notice and a full refund will be issued shortly. Please check your email.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.
How To Use
- Please scan the bar code to exchange tickets at the ticket window of the scenic spot.
- Canyon Frights: Oct 10th to November 02 Park hours: 10 am to 8 pm. (guests may remain in the park until 9 pm) November 3 to 20th (getting ready for Canyon Lights!) Park hours 10 am to 5 pm (guests may remain in the park until 6 pm)
- Canyon Lights: November 21st to January 18th Park hours 11 am to 9 pm (guests may remain in the park until 10 pm) *** Note: We are open on Christmas Eve and New Year's eve. Closed December 25th. January 19th to 29th, 2026 (getting ready for Love Lights) Park hours 10 am to 5 pm (guests may remain in the park until 6 pm)
- Love Lights: January 30th to February 22nd Park hours 10 am to 8 pm (guests may remain in the park until 9 pm) Extended hours on Feb 13, 14, 15 and 16 - 10 am to 9 pm, guests can stay in until 10 pm.
- Feb 23rd to May 1st we are back to regular season and park hours are 9 am to 6 pm daily, guests can stay in until 7 pm

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Children under the age of 6 are free, and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult to enter.
- It cannot be changed or returned, once the order is confirmed.
- BC Residents can only upgrade their ticket to an Annual Pass when purchased directly from Capilano Suspension Bridge Park.
- The Capilano Suspension Bridge Park operating hours in winter may be affected by extreme weather conditions, so please check the attraction's website(www.capbridge.com) and their social media for operating hours to prevent your travel plans from being affected.
