How To Use
- 7:00 PM Standard and 10:15 PM Late Night Tours depart from High Roller bus loading zone (3973 LINQ Ln).
- 8:00 PM Adult Tour departs from Hard Rock Cafe (3771 Las Vegas Blvd S), check in at cafe 1st floor 7:15–7:40 PM.
- Arrive at pick-up point 15 minutes early.
- Tour duration 2-2.25 hours, seating is first come, first served.
- Tour ends at the same point as pick-up.
Terms & Conditions
What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Wheelchair accessible; service animals allowed.
- Infants and children must be accompanied by adults and may ride in strollers.
- Adults-only tour (8PM) is for 21+ only; check-in and welcome drink at Hard Rock Cafe at specified times.
- Arrive at boarding point 15 minutes in advance; seating is first come, first served.
