Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- The museum does not have its own parking area, but if the customers park at the garage located at 20 E Randolph St. the museum managers will validate their parking ticket. It will bring the price down to $9 for 6 hours of parking.
