What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- LEGOLAND Dubai is open: Friday to Sunday from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm; Monday to Thursday from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
- Your ticket is only valid on the date you select during checkout
- The maximum number of tickets available per booking is 15
- Infants aged 0-2 go for free and do not need a ticket
- All attractions will close 30 minutes prior to park closing. Please make sure you check the exact opening hours of the venues before the day of your visit in case of any changes
- Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before the experience begins.
