- We can confirm bookings up to 90 min prior to departure
- Guests may reschedule for $50 between 48-72 hours in advance
- Guests may not cancel under 72 hours
- Routes are subject to change due to weather
- Guests who weigh 260-279 lbs will be charged a 50% seat surcharge
- Guests who weigh 280+ lbs will be charged an additional seat
- Children under 2 fly for free on an adult lap

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
