What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your pick up location. If you arrive late and miss the bus it will be considered as canceled and it is non- refundable.

Patrick was our tour guide for a walking tour of SoHo, Chinatown, and Little Italy. He was so kind, engaging, and knowledgeable. It was such a great time, we look forward to going back and taking our kids, we’d love to have Patrick again! I highly recommend this tour!
