Booking and Confirmation Process
- Due to high demand, inventory is mostly synchronous but sometimes not. Our consultant will check real time availability onsite and confirm seats.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.
How To Use
- Enter Booking Information： a. Choose Date, Number of customers b. Time (write in the note) c. Customer’s Legal Name d. Phone Number e. Note（Please write the selected performance time，weight, and other information）
- Time：9AM-3PM (Every Hour) (Close on every Tuesday and Wednesday)
- After we received your order, we will confirm your order manually.
- Customer’s name and age will be checked at check-in.
- The business hour of our office is 9am-6pm（pacific time）, orders cannot be confirmed at other time.
- Prices include service fees.
- ID REQUIRED: Note the guest must present a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order.
- Extra charge will apply for customer who weights between 220 lb to 250 lb. （Customer who weight over 250 pounds are not eligible to participate.）
- Language: English and Spanish; translation software can be used for communication.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
