What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour; unaccompanied minors are not allowed to join. Pregnant women can join if pregnancy does not exceed 24 weeks.
- Please provide accurate and complete booking information including name, gender, valid contact (preferably mobile), and meeting point to avoid itinerary issues.
- Tickets must be purchased uniformly by the tour guide; guests cannot bring tickets or use CityPass on their own. Ticket and group meal prices may vary based on official notices.
- Itinerary may be adjusted due to uncontrollable factors such as weather or traffic, including order of attractions and stay duration.
- If attraction is temporarily closed or on holidays affecting visit, guide will replace with alternative attractions and no refund will be given.
- Children require safety car seat rental service ($10/person/day); please inform at booking. Violations and fines are the responsibility of the guest.

- Pets and animals are not permitted in attractions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside scenic spots; smoking allowed only in designated areas.
