As Elphaba, a passionate political activist if there ever was one, fights injustice and seeks to undo the mistakes of the past, dark secrets and personal tragedies shape the history of Oz,paying homage to the classic Wizard of Oz story while simultaneously changing fans’ understanding of it forever. How To Use
- Recommended for 8 + Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the theatre.
- Duration 2 hours 45 minutes
- Guests need to arrive at the theater at least half an hour in advance to exchange tickets.
- The location will not be determined until after the order is placed, and the Broadway officials will determine the area based on the order placed. The system calculates the preferred view position and issues a ticket for that position as determined by the system at the time of ordering.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Please note that some dates do not offer the 14:00 pm venue, please be sure to consult customer service to check the seat before ordering!
- During busy seasons, it may take at least 1-2 weeks for tickets to be booked.
- Please place your order 3 days in advance for major holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Day, Spring Break (around April), etc.
- It is advisable to book earlier than 3 working days before departure. We will complete your itinerary confirmation and respond to your information within 24 hours, or within 3 working days in case of high demand. If the tour is sold out, we will offer alternative options or cancel the order
- Once the booking is successful, no refunds or exchanges will be made. Please choose your travel date and time carefully.
- The performance time may be temporarily adjusted. Please refer to the official website and the actual arrangement.
