What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Entrance is free on the first Sunday of each month (from October to March)
- The National Museum of Sport is open all year long: From June to August from 10am to 6pm all day
- From September to May from 11am to 5pm. Closed weekly and on Mondays
