- Meeting point: Outside 24 Broad Street (do not go inside); closest intersection is Broadway and Wall Street.
- Meet 15 minutes prior to departure. Guide will wear an orange hat and/or blue shirt/jacket.
- No on-site parking, cars restricted nearby—public transport highly recommended.
- Group is hard to catch up with if late; arrive promptly.
- Guided tour approx. 2 hours. Visit Liberty/Ellis Island at leisure after.
- Receive voucher by email, present name to guide for ferry tickets.

Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
