| Wahweap Main Launch Ramp Please navigate to the exact address using Google Maps. We will depart from dock at the Wahweap Main Launch Ramp below Wahweap Blvd 15 minutes beforestart time. It takes approximately 20-30min to drive to the check-in location from Page, so be sure to plan accordingly. Due to the low water level, there are orange traffic barricades marking the end of the ramp. Guests can park on the left side of the ramp near the bottom where there is striped parking. THIS IS DAYTIME PARKING so you can ignore the signage reading "30 minute parking". From here, guests will walk below the large, orange traffic barricades and continue down the ramp. Directly below the launch ramp, you will see 2 floating docks on the water. Your captain will meet you on the LEFT dock. Booking and Confirmation Process
- Due to high demand, inventory is mostly synchronous but sometimes not. Our consultant will check real time availability onsite and confirm seats.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes prior to departure. We depart on time. If you have not arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, no refund will be issued.
- What to bring: Water, a change of clean clothes/swimsuit/shoes (you may get wet during the tour), a towel (if you plan to get in the water), sunglasses, hat, and camera (remember extra SD cards and waterproof cases!).
- Children aged 12 and under must wear a life jacket at all times.
- Schedule Changes: The local operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to actual conditions on the day (schedule, weather, traffic, or other objective factors). Early Departure: We do not recommend leaving the tour early. Any losses incurred due to early departure or personal reasons are the sole responsibility of the guest. No refunds or compensation for unused services will be provided.
- Adult Supervision: Each group must include at least one adult aged 18 or older. No Pets: Pets and animals are strictly prohibited on the bus for all tours.
- Holiday Pricing: For long weekends such as New Year's, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, please note that prices are subject to change. We will contact you upon order confirmation if there is a price adjustment.

- Guests who fail to arrive on time on the day of departure will be considered to have forfeited the tour. No refunds will be issued.
- No refunds or compensation for unused services will be provided if the guest withdraws from the tour or misses any part of the itinerary due to personal reasons (including but not limited to lack of travel documents, tardiness, illness, or accidents).
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to weather, war, strikes, etc.) that prevents the tour from proceeding, VIPTour reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary (in part or in full) to ensure guest safety. VIPTour assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from such force majeure events, and no refunds will be provided for fees already paid.
