Booking and Confirmation Process
- Due to high demand, inventory is mostly synchronous but sometimes not. Our consultant will check real time availability onsite and confirm seats.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.
How To Use
- Please present the seat number and confirmation code in the REMARK column of the confirmation slip directly to the Tiffany's box office to exchange for physical tickets;
- This product is a second confirmation product. After booking, if you meet the booking requirements, you will receive a confirmation of successful booking (the system will update the order status). If the stock is full or does not meet your booking requirements, we will note the relevant information in the remarks column.
- In low season, we can basically meet the demand for same-day booking, and in high season, we recommend booking more than 1-5 days in advance.
- Reservations for this product involve stock seats and are strictly subject to scenic refund regulations.
- All tickets are non-refundable.
- The Row 1-3 Seating Package is only available for Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan passport holders.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
