- Meeting point: Pier 39, Gate J, San Francisco, CA 94133.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before boarding for check-in.
- Boarding gate is next to the sea lion viewing area.
- Cruise duration: 1.5 hours, multiple daily departures available.
- In March, April, and November, sailings may be rescheduled due to weather.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Suitable for all fitness levels; infants/children may use prams or strollers.
- Service animals allowed.
- Manual wheelchairs only, some stairs to board; restrooms not ADA accessible.
