Meet at designated meeting point: Castle Clinton National Monument New York, NY 10004, United States Meet your guide on the steps outside of Castle Clinton's North Entrance. Castle Clinton is inside Battery Park on the southern tip of Manhattan. Your guide will have your entry tickets. Just show up and tell the guide your name. They will be wearing an orange hat and/or a blue jacket/shirt.

Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure; late arrivals cannot join and are non-refundable.
- Earliest tours have the least wait; later departures have longer wait times.
- Lockers for large items available on Liberty Island at $0.25.
- Pedestal and Crown access on Statue of Liberty NOT included.
- All visitors must undergo airport-style security screening; tripods & monopods not allowed.
- Children 3 and under go free with a paying adult.
