How To Use
- Present e-voucher at the main entrance of Universal Studios Hollywood on the selected date for verification.
- Ticket valid for the selected date only; photo ID may be required at entrance.
- Gates scheduled to open at 6:30PM, event starts at 7:00PM; check official website for updates.
- All guests need to exit the park and re-enter for the Halloween event.
- All haunted houses are clearly marked and scattered throughout the park for easy access.
- This ticket is valid for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood in Hollywood, California.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
