What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Flight duration is approximate and subject to routing, airspace, and weather conditions.
- All passengers must pass through a metal detector and present a government-issued ID.
- Maximum passenger weight is 300 lbs (136kg) per person.
- A mandatory USD 40 heliport/security fee per person (including infants) is payable on-site.
- Flight paths may be adjusted for safety without notice; Yankee home games alter routes due to restricted airspace.
- Operator may refuse boarding or upgrade passengers at any time.
- Flights may be altered or canceled due to weather, emergencies, or aircraft availability.
