- Arrive at least 30 minutes in advance for security check-in.
- Multiple departure times daily; select based on availability and your preference.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Children under 2 can participate for free, but must book a free infant ticket at checkout.
- Flight duration is approximate and depends on route, airspace restrictions, and weather.
- Listed price does NOT include a $40 per person heliport/security fee (including infants), payable at check-in.
- Maximum passenger weight per person: 300 lbs (136 kg).
- All passengers must pass metal detector screening and show a valid government-issued ID.
- Flight paths, schedules, or flights may be amended or canceled for safety, weather, emergency, or airspace reasons.
- Routes will be altered during Yankee home games to avoid restricted airspace.
- Operator reserves the right to deny boarding or upgrade guests at any time.
