Overview

- Challenge the heights with the fourteen Riviera Maya and Cancun zip-lines including the highest in the entire destination. On the surface, you will drive an amphibious vehicle in the jungle, over bridges and through caverns. Underneath the planet, you'll raft and swim through stalactites rivers, as well as go on an underground expedition to reveal the secrets hidden beneath.
- Buffet lunch and unlimited snacks and non-alcoholic beverages (oatmeal cookies, fruit, smoothies, and flavored fresh waters).

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Children aged 5-11 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age of 5 years to enter the Park.
- Hamacuatizaje activity is for children over 6 years old.
- Certain park activities are not recommended if you suffer from a heart condition, fear of heights, back pain; or if you are recovering from a recent surgery or if you get dizzy easily.
- Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women.
- Activities have special requirements of height and weight. For Amphibious Vehicles and Underground Expedition, the minimum height is 3.6 ft (1.10 m); for Rafts and Stalactite River Swimming is 3.3 ft (1 m) tall and 300 lbs (136 kg) of weight.
- For the Zip-lines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft. The minimum weight required is 88 lbs and a maximum of 300 lbs.
- Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age, must present an ID to verify their age at the park’s ticket booths.
- Remember to bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs, get the photos of your visit, or enjoy an Optional Activity.
- Wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing. Additionally, bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
- Only use of sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide are allowed in the park.
- Kids under 18 years old must have the waiver form signed by an adult.

规范有序的接送和组织，保证了我们顺利前往游玩，自助餐丰盛可口，吃撑了。需要特别注意的是地下河道游泳时，两旁的岩石很尖利容易划伤脚。丛林飞索我坐了两次，分别把两条不同线路都体验了一遍，那个ATV越野车也很好玩，就是钻洞的时候全是柴油味儿。照片套餐70-80美金一套，个人觉得太贵了就没买。
