- Arrive 45 minutes earlier for check-in.

- No storage for luggage/large backpacks.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Fill in full English name, weight, and valid US/domestic phone number as per passport when booking.
- Check-in is 45 minutes before helicopter departure, arrive early.
- Passengers over 136 kg (300 pounds) will incur an extra 'comfort seat' fee and be placed in different groups.
- Children over 2 years charged as adults; children 0-1 not occupying seats are free.
- All passengers aged 18+ must present valid photo ID at check-in.
- No large baggage/backpacks allowed on the helicopter; one unopened water bottle allowed.
- USD 5 per person temporary fuel surcharge payable at check-in.
- Tour may be delayed/changed due to weather or operational reasons; do not book other activities before the end.
- Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to board and no refunds will be given.
- Keep valuables safe, the tour operator is not responsible for lost property.
