- Stand on top of the glass floor and look 100 stories straight down to see the city streets below your feet
- In the event of inclement weather, parts of the outdoor terrace may be closed for safety reasons. Visitors will be informed of the weather conditions and visibility before entering and no refunds will be made due to weather conditions

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Last elevator ride is 50 minutes before closing.
- The sunset times on this page are for reference only. As sunset times change daily, we will charge you according to the sunset times published on the actual day of your departure.
- Confirmed orders cannot be changed. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- The attraction recommends the use of mobile phones to display tickets, but printed tickets can also be used.

- Normal-size backpacks and bags are permitted at Edge. Large bags and luggage are not permitted and we do not have lockers or storage capabilities for your personal items. For security purposes, Hudson Yards reserves the right to inspect any bags. You consent to such an inspection by visiting Edge.
