What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by adults; unaccompanied minors or children are not allowed to join the group.
- Please provide accurate and complete name, gender, valid contact information, and meeting point when booking to avoid travel issues.
- Tour participants must purchase group tickets; self-arranged tickets or CityPass are not accepted.
- Tour guides and drivers reserve the right to adjust itinerary sequencing, stay duration, or merge sections due to weather, traffic, or other objective factors to ensure smooth operation.
- The museum is closed on holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day), and the product will not accept bookings for those dates.
- Rental of children's safety seats requires advance notice and a fee of USD 10 per person per day.
- Please carry valid identification (with photo) and show paper or electronic itinerary on site for registration.
- If leaving the group mid-tour, prior notice and signing a leave-group agreement are required; no refunds for unused parts.
