Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

• The Empire State Building Sunrise Experience ticket includes early-morning access to the 86th Floor Observation Deck before it opens to the public, which allows you to watch the sunrise over New York City in a more exclusive, limited-capacity setting. It also includes a complimentary Starbucks Reserve ESB Microblend coffee and an artisanal pastry, as well as pre-opening access to the immersive exhibits that showcase the building’s history, construction, and cultural significance.
• The Sunrise Experience is offered on select days, with start times that vary based on the time of sunrise. Reservations generally begin between 4:45 AM and 6:30 AM.
• On a clear day, you can see up to six states from the Empire State Building Observation Decks — New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Delaware. You will enjoy sweeping views of iconic landmarks like Central Park, the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, Times Square, and the Hudson and East Rivers, along with a full 360-degree panorama of the Manhattan skyline.
• Peak times vary by season, but the Empire State Building is typically busiest during the first two hours after opening and the hour immediately after sunset.
• The 86th Floor Observation Deck is our world-famous open-air experience, with breathtaking 360-degree views of New York City. Feel the breeze, hear the energy of the streets below, and take in the Manhattan skyline from the heart of it all. Featured in countless films and TV shows, a visit to the 86th Floor is the iconic, can’t-miss New York City experience.
