What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

- The ticket is valid for one admission to The Wheel during regular operating hours
- Infants (ages 0-2): ride for free with paid adult admission
- Infants and children (ages 3-12) must be accompanied by an adult (13+)
- Free Parking is available at the onsite parking garage
- Tickets are not redeemable on December 31
- Wheelchairs less than 36" in width are permitted on The Wheel
- The duration of the flight is approximately 22 minutes on The Wheel
- During thunderstorms and high winds, the attraction does not operate for health and safety. Please check the ICON Park website for updated hours of operations
