- [Ticket exchange time] Tickets should be collected at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
- 【How to use】(BALIHAI)Terminal, go to the end of the bridge and turn left to Terminal D to exchange the ticket with the QR code of the confirmation slip, and then go to the adjacent Terminal E to board the ship.
- If you are unable to use the order due to your own reasons, there is no refund or change.
- If you are unable to board the boat on time, you will have to pay 200 baht per person for the speedboat on site. (No boarding if more than30 minutes late)
