How do I get City Pass?:
Print out an electronic ticket, Show a valid passport or ID to the first attraction, the staff will convert your electronic ticket into City Pass booklet. Kindly reminder: in the rush hour, you may need to line up when changing electronic tickets. After purchasing, please convert your electronic ticket into City Pass booklet within 180 days. -
How to use City Pass:
The City Pass usage is very simple, You only need to bring booklet to tourist attractions. The staff of each scenic spot will take care of the affairs for you. Philadelphia CityPASS is valid for nine days from date of first use, During the period, you can choose the order of the scenic spots. In booklet, there's a choose 1 out of 2 attraction, choose one of the attractions you would like to visit. Use the City Pass booklet then no need to line up to buy ticket, the tickets in booklet are entrance tickets, the relevant staff will tear the tickets at the attraction. If the ticket is ripped off, it will be considered invalid. -

How To Use
- All electronic tickets must be printed to the attractions window in exchange for Booklet
- When you didn't enable your Philadelphia City Pass, it is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Your Philadelphia City pass is valid for nine days from date of first use.
- You’ll want to leave them in place for the pros at the attractions to tear out. If tickets are removed, they’ll be considered invalid.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- It is recommended that you make a reservation 3 working days before departure, We will complete your itinerary confirmation and information reply within 24 hours. In case of rush hour, will not exceed more than 3 working days. If sold out, we will provide you with other options or cancel the order.
- Tickets are void if removed from the booklet. Each attraction will remove their ticket upon entrance. Note: the CityPASS provides one admission to each attraction per person
- If you have other needs, Please contact or call for advice at the time of booking.
- Just note that you may run into a line when redeeming your voucher during peak times. And, it’s always a good idea to bring your ID (attractions may ask for it).
- All tickets are Nontransferable and Non-refundable
