The tour of the canyon was the best part of our trip to the Grand Canyon & Bryce canyon. Communication & directions were excellent and check in very smooth. Our guide was very friendly, helpful & courteous. He offered to take many pictures of couples in the group.

Out tour guide was awesome! And the canyon was completely worth the 13 hour drive. The guide takes pictures for you cause he knows the best spots and all of them are amazing. The place is very clean, and everybody was extremely helpful and friendly.

We had Jennie Chung as our tour guide with Ken's Tours on September 11, 2022. Jennie was excellent in many respects. For starters, she was very cordial and stated the rules and expectations very clearly. When one of the members in our group got sloppy with wearing their mask, she politely warned them to let them know that this requirement is serious business and that they would be escorted away if they continued to ignore the requirement. There was no problem after that. She was also very knowledgeable on the Navajo culture and integrated that very well into the tour. She also had a great routine whereby she would stop at key photographic points in the Lower Canyon and would take each person's picture. This moved things along very smoothly in the tour so that nobody was lagging behind or interrupting the flow of the tour. And her pictures were indeed great! She definitely made the tour worth every penny and I hope that she is rewarded for her efforts to make the tour a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
