What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- It is recommended to book earlier than 3 working days before departure. We will confirm your itinerary and reply to your message within 24 hours, or no later than 3 business days in case of peak order periods. If sold out, we will offer you other options or cancel your order
- Please bring a valid ID (e.g. passport) with the same name on the ID as the name of the traveler at the time of order. When entering the park, the attraction has the right to check the documents
- Tickets are valid only on the day of the selected date, not used as the initiative to give up, no fee refund
- According to the regulations, it is recommended that guests wear a mask when indoors
- In case of bad weather, if Sesame Street Park is open as usual, some of the outdoor shows and rides may be temporarily closed, please refer to the information from the scenic spot.
- No food and beverage brought into the park by yourself
- All water activities must wear swimwear
- Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge, please bring your passport for inspection
