How To Use
- The night before your trip, you will receive an email regarding important information such as the phone number of the tour guide and the license plate number of the car. Please make sure that your email and mobile number are accessible.
- One-day trip itinerary, it is not recommended to carry luggage, if you need to carry luggage, please register clearly when you book your order. 1 luggage is allowed per person. An extra 100 yuan per piece will be charged if you failed to make a note when booking your order or if it turns out more than 1 piece of luggage per guest.
- Once confirmed, the date cannot be changed, late or no-show will be non-refundable.

- During the trip, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safe. If there is any loss, theft, damage, etc., you will be responsible for it yourself.
- Elderly people, patients with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, and pregnant women are advised to be accompanied by relatives.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Seniors aged 70 years and above (inclusive) must ensure that they are in good health and suitable to travel, and must be accompanied by family members or friends over the age of 22 throughout the trip.
- Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult passenger throughout the trip.
- The elderly need a health certificate. To check the health certificate, please fill it out and submit it to the registration office before traveling (electronic version is available).
- Pregnant women, people with heart disease, fear of heights and other special groups are not suitable to participate in this tour. There is a risk of being rejected. Please book with caution.

- Due to the unpredictability of traffic conditions, weather, festivals or crowds on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. Absolutely incredible tour! Arakurayama Sengen Park was breathtaking, with the pagoda framed against Mount Fuji. Lunch at Kawaguchi with the lake and mountain views was serene. Soaking in the hot springs at Yamanaka while gazing at Fuji was the perfect zen ending.

This was hands down one of the best day trips from Tokyo. Visiting the Fuji 5th Station offered an unmatched perspective of the mountain; seeing the sea of clouds was magical. The onsen at Lake Yamanaka was a soothing finale—with Fuji in the background, what more could you ask?

Perfectly balanced itinerary—scenic, cultural, relaxing. The hike up to Arakurayama Sengen Park’s pagoda was worth every step for that photo finish. Highway drive was smooth, and the guide was great. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!
