How To Use
- Meeting point: Sentosa Cove Village, Sentosa, Singapore.
- Take Sentosa Express to Beach Station and transfer to Sentosa Bus B, or take intra-island bus Sentosa B to the meeting point.
- Contact sales@yachtcruisesg.com if you have trouble finding the meeting point.
- Use e-voucher, valid only on selected date.
- Minimum 2, maximum 40 participants.
Terms & Conditions
What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Arrive on time at the meeting point; tour cannot wait for late arrivals.
- Show your smartphone ticket to staff upon boarding.
- No smoking, pets, or outside food and drinks allowed on board.
- Footwear is not allowed on board; please place shoes in the provided container.
- Only fully vaccinated guests are allowed; unvaccinated children aged 0-12 must be from the same household.
- No celebrations (including marriage proposals) allowed onboard.
- No medications are provided onboard.
- In case of bad weather, the supplier will contact guests. If no contact, activity proceeds as scheduled.
