- Use the entrance on 50th street(between 5th and 6th avenues).Proceed down the staircase to enter the Express Line and present your pass for entry.（Reminder: During the holiday season, it is recommended to change the ticket to the scenic reservation time one day in advance. - Top of the Rock Observation Deck is open 365 days a year. Watch the seasons unfold or take in an amazing sunset from the outdoor observation deck. Interactive displays are exhibited detailing the construction of the Rockefeller Center, including three short films.

How To Use
- Guests are holding this ticket at 50th Street (between 5th and 6th Avenues entrance entrance, this ticket is a flexible date ticket. After the guests arrive at the scene, they will be exchanged for the next location according to the staff's arrangement, on a first come, first served basis.
- In the peak season, guests are advised to arrive at the attraction in the morning or at noon, or 1-2 days in advance to exchange for the required time ticket, to avoid the ticket being replaced during the day. (The peak season may wait longer)
- This ticket is not a fast track ticket. You need to follow the on-site work schedule and queue up for tickets for the specified time period.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- The ticket is for flexible date, valid for one year. When you arrive, local staff will arrange the next available time slot for you. During peak season, we recommend you arrive earlier in case there is no available time slot left. Or you can make reservation on site 1-2 days in advance.
- Please check official site, https://www.topoftherocknyc.com/, for specific business hours, normally from 8:00am to 12:00am. The last elevator goes up at 11:00pm.
- Transportation: You can take subway B, D, F and Q to 47-50 St. Station or take N, W, R to 49 St Station.
- Once your order confirmed, there is no cancellation and modification.
