What To Expect
Overview
- Breathtaking views of the Hoover Dam, Grand Wash Cliffs, Grapevine Mesa, and Grand Canyon West
- As you fly over the West Rim on the Hualapai Reservation, your helicopter will begin a 3,200-foot descent to the canyon floor. Take in the magnificent views of the massive walls and rock formations before landing at the bottom of the canyon.
- The helicopter will land at a private plateau located next to the Colorado River, and you'll have ample time to explore the canyon floor and enjoy a light picnic and a glass of celebratory champagne before heading back to the terminal.

Sample Itinerary:
Clients are picked up from most major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 1.5 hours before departure, depending on the hotel location.
Clients arrive at Boulder Terminal for check-in. Every passenger 18 years or older will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID.
Clients board our EC-130 (EcoStar) helicopter.
Flight time to Grand Canyon West is approximately 35 minutes.
Enjoy spectacular views of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, the volcanic Black Mountains, Grapevine Mesa, and then across the Grand Wash Cliffs, entering Grand Canyon West.
Continue with a scenic descent approximately 3,200 feet and land on the floor of the canyon.
Champagne and light refreshments provided at the bottom of the canyon with time for exploration (On the ground for approximately 30 minutes).
Board the helicopter. The return flight is a slightly different scenic tour route to the Boulder terminal.
Transfer to Las Vegas hotel.

- FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge of $30.00 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.
- All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Please bring your official photo ID and reservation confirmation for check-in.
- Cameras and mobile phones are permitted and encouraged, but caution: "selfie sticks" and extended camera poles are strictly prohibited in and around the helicopter
- Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
- Bring your own bottle of water (only one), but don't open it during the flight
- Tour company has the right to cancel reserved flights under some certain circumstances, including bad weather and airplane multifunction, without any compensation.
- Passengers weighing 300lbs (136.36kg) or more will be charged a fee for an additional comfort seat. This fee is based on the product and ranges from $50 to $200.
- Please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
- Ages of children must be provided.
