The first time to book a tour through Wannar.com. Very happy with it. First of all, the custom service answered my call at 10pm Pacific time with patience. This is to my surprise. I was told that they work 24 hours with shifts, which make my last-minute reservation for the next morning as easy as breeze. The tour guide was thoughtful and called to let us know the time the bus will pick us up. Lastly but not the least, the tour guide dropped of the tourists in the nearby library instead of in the front of City Hall since it is warmer and has place to sit in the library while waiting for the pick-up. Great job!!
