Mt. Rainier National Park 1-Day Tour (English Group)

Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

• Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult to join; unaccompanied minors or children are not allowed to join the tour group.
• Please provide accurate and complete information when booking, including full name, gender, valid contact (preferably mobile phone for easy contact), and correct meeting point to avoid booking errors and impact on travel.
• Group participants must buy tickets through the group guide; self-purchased tickets or CityPass are not allowed.
• During the actual trip, guides or drivers have the right to adjust sightseeing order, stay time, or arrange alternative attractions due to weather, traffic, etc., to guarantee a smooth trip.
• If attractions are temporarily closed or closed on holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), causing inability to visit, the itinerary will be adjusted to replace with other sights to ensure itinerary completeness.
• Children under 8 joining the group must use a safety seat, rental fee is $10/person/day; please inform ahead when booking for preparation.
• Participants must possess basic health condition; disabled or mobility-impaired passengers must contact the agency in advance to confirm related policies; otherwise wheelchairs or special seat arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
• Products are classified into Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond tiers; please refer to product level details.
• Group tours may revise terms and conditions multiple times, latest versions announced timely; please carefully read the Group Tour Terms before booking; failure to do so will be deemed as waiving related rights.
• Due to continuous rising fuel costs, vehicle operation costs increase significantly; from May 18, 2026 (departure period), a transportation surcharge of $5/person/day will be charged, collected uniformly by the guide during the trip.
• To ensure smooth travel, guests must strictly obey the assembly time; vehicle will leave after 10 minutes of delay without waiting. Agency commits timely, punctual service but cannot guarantee on-time pickup due to uncontrollable factors like weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdown or war.
• The tour will change vehicles and drivers en route and assign different guides to provide service.
• Please carry valid ID with photo and paper or electronic itinerary for registration.
• This product is group activity; if choosing to leave the group midway, please inform in advance and sign the leave agreement; incomplete portion is deemed abandoned and group fee is non-refundable.
• Complimentary items during the trip may be affected by traffic, weather, or force majeure and cannot be provided; no refund will be issued.
• Smoking is prohibited on vehicles by U.S. federal law; please use designated smoking areas if needed.
• No pets or animals are allowed on the tour.
• Mt. Rainier National Park and Olympic National Park are mountain destinations; please prepare dry food for lunch in advance.
