Little Havana

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and pregnant women must not exceed 24 weeks of pregnancy.
- Accurate and complete booking information including name, gender, valid contact information and meeting point must be provided at booking to avoid errors.
- All participants must purchase group tickets collectively; no personal tickets or CityPass use allowed. Ticket and meal prices may vary with official updates.
- Tour guides or drivers reserve the right to adjust itinerary order and stay duration due to uncontrollable factors like weather and traffic for smooth operation.
- If attractions are temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), itinerary will be adjusted or replaced accordingly. Please understand.
- Children must use safety seats at a cost of $10/person/day, please notify in advance. Failure to do so will incur penalties borne by client.
- Meeting time must be strictly observed; vehicle will depart if waiting time exceeds 10 minutes. No responsibility for delays due to uncontrollable causes like weather, traffic or strikes.
- Group products are classified into four levels: Silver Discount, Golden Enjoyment, Platinum Prestige, Diamond Luxury. Please check the corresponding product level info.
- Smoking is prohibited inside vehicles; designated smoking areas must be used.
- Bringing pets and animals on tour is strictly prohibited.
- Due to rising fuel costs, an extra transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day applies from May 18, 2026. The guide will collect this fee during the trip.
