Everglades National Park, located in southern Florida, is the largest subtropical wetland park in the United States and the third-largest national park in the country. Covering approximately 1.4 million acres, it is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including birds and alligators. The park has multiple entrances, with the main entrance featuring a visitor center where you can pick up a park map and consult staff for directions. Driving, tour buses, sightseeing boats, hiking, and cycling are the main ways to explore the park. Water activities and jungle adventures require advance reservations.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by adults; pregnant travelers must be within 24 weeks gestation at the end of the trip.
- Provide complete and accurate booking information including name, gender, valid contact (preferably mobile), and accurate meeting point to avoid travel issues.
- Group members must purchase tickets as a group and cannot bring tickets independently or use CityPass.
- Guides or drivers reserve the right to adjust itinerary sequence, stop durations, and assembly arrangements based on weather and traffic to ensure smooth operation.
- If attractions are temporarily closed or affected by holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), changes to itinerary or substitute attractions will be arranged.
- Children under 8 are required to use child safety seats, booking in advance needed at $10/person/day; failure to notify may result in penalties borne by guest.
- Participants must meet basic health requirements; those with disabilities or special needs should contact ahead for related policies.
- Group tours are categorized into four levels; please consult the product level information for details.
- No pets or animals are allowed on any scheduled tours.
- Due to rising fuel costs significantly increasing operating expenses, from May 18, 2026, a transportation surcharge of $5/person/day applies, collected uniformly during the trip.
- Guests must strictly comply with assembly times; vehicles will leave if delayed over 10 minutes. Operators are not liable for delays due to uncontrollable factors like weather, traffic, mechanical failure, or conflicts.
- Any itinerary changes are subject to the latest official announcements; guests should carefully read the group tour terms before booking.
- Pets and animals are strictly prohibited on all itineraries.
