- Your ticket is valid for 1 entry to MoMA up to 7 days （3 days before and 3 days after your originally booked date）

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Purchasing tickets to the MoMA in Manhattan will also allow you free entrance to the MoMA PS1 in Queens. This must be redeemed within 14 days after your visit to MoMA.
- Once booked, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- You are free to visit MOMA on Friday from 16:00 to 20:00. During this period of time, MOMA will be very crowded. We suggest you not visit MOMA at this time to avoid the crowds.
