- The ticket is for flexible date, valid for one year.
- On this 70th-floor open-air observation deck, you are going to see the whole view of Manhattan, including Chrysler Building, Time Square, Hudson River, Brooklyn Bridge, State of Liberty as well as Empire State Building.
- It is open everyday. You can enjoy different types of views in different time of a day, from sunrise to sunset, and in different seasons of a year. Inside the center, there are interactive displays playing 3 short films to detailed introduce you the construction of Rockefeller.
- One hour before sunset (normally around 4:00pm), the ticket can't be used. You can visit the official site, https://www.topoftherocknyc.com/buy-tickets/top-of-the-rock/, to check the detailed sunset time of your visiting date. Steps: Open the website - select number of visitors - select visiting date - select an entry time - the sign of small sun shows the sunset time.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

- Please check official site, https://www.topoftherocknyc.com/, for specific business hours, normally from 8:00am to 12:00am. The last elevator goes up at 11:00pm.
- One hour before sunset (normally around 16:00pm, you can check official information for detailed information), the ticket can't be used. However, you can use the ticket when it is acceptable and stay on the top until and after sunset.
- The ticket is for flexible date, valid for one year. When you arrive, local staff will arrange the next available time slot for you. During peak season, we recommend you arrive earlier in case there is no available time slot left. Or you can make reservation on site 1-2 days in advance.
- Transportation: You can take subway B, D, F and Q to 47-50 St. Station or take N, W, R to 49 St Station.
- Once the order confirmed, there is no cancellation and refund.
