Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Meet your guide at the Astronomers Monument front lawn. This is an independent tour, not affiliated with the City of LA; observatory staff cannot assist.
- Planetarium tickets can be bought on site. Children under 5 not allowed. $10 for adults, $6 for ages 5-12.

- Cancellation policy: Free up to 1 day before 00:00; after, charged in full.
