Santa Monica Pier
Built in 1909, Santa Monica Pier is a classic landmark on the Southern California waterfront near Los Angeles, and the western terminus of the world-famous Route 66, witnessing countless memorable moments for road trippers over the past century. The pier consists of two interconnected structures, with Pacific Park at its heart featuring a globally unique solar-powered Ferris wheel. Dolby Theatre

Madame Tussauds Hollywood

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult; pregnant women allowed only if pregnancy is under 24 weeks during tour.
- Provide accurate and complete information at booking including name, gender, valid contact (preferably mobile), and meeting point to avoid travel disruption.
- Guests must purchase tickets with the guide and are not allowed to bring their own tickets or use CityPass.
- Tour sequence, duration, or combination may be adjusted due to weather, traffic or other conditions to ensure smooth tour.
- In case of temporary closure or holidays of attractions, alternative sites will be arranged to ensure a rich itinerary.
- Children under 8 require safety seats on the bus; rental at $10/person/day, please notify in advance.
- This is a group activity; guests leaving the group must notify in advance and sign an agreement, no refunds for partial participation.
- Complimentary items not delivered due to uncontrollable factors like traffic or weather will not be refunded.
- No pets or animals are allowed on the tour.
- Due to increasing fuel costs, a transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day will be added from May 18, 2026, collected uniformly by the guide.
