Check-in at the Grand Canyon Helicopters Terminal 45 minutes prior to flight.

Booking and Confirmation Process
- Due to high demand, inventory is mostly synchronous but sometimes not. Our consultant will check real time availability onsite and confirm seats.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.

- Prior to your wedding, a Clark County marriage license will need to be acquired from a county clerk at the Las Vegas Marriage License Bureau located on 201 E. Clark Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89101. It is recommended to obtain your license at least 24 hours before the wedding. The marriage license will not be included as part of your package.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- All passengers aged 18 years and older traveling within the United States are required to present either a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or passport. Any customer arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation. Photocopies or digital images of identification cannot be accepted.
- Check-in is 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
- HOTEL TRANSFERS: A Mercedes S Class will pick up the Bride/Groom at their hotel one hour prior to the flight departure. Clients also have the option to upgrade to a Rolls Royce Ghost. The driver will call the Bride/Groom's hotel room 30 minutes prior to pick up.
- Gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: We will accept a cancellation up to 8 days prior to the travel day/date without any penalty. Cancellations within 8 days of departure date are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund.
- Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
- Upon arrival in Las Vegas, reconfirmation is required to reconfirm the wedding event details and provide a hotel room number by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
