Hokkaido Shrine is one of the most representative Shinto shrines in Sapporo. Themed on Hokkaido's famous white chocolate, Shiroi Koibito Park allows visitors to tour the chocolate factory and make chocolate cookies by hand. The park features beautiful red-brick buildings and an animated clock tower, where a "Chocolate Carnival" is held every hour on the hour. - Towel rental at Jozankei Onsen is a paid service. It is recommended that you bring your own towels in advance for greater convenience.
- The hot spring fee shall be borne by the guests themselves. Please prepare sufficient cash in advance.
- Starting from April 2026, visitors to the Hill of the Buddha Hall are required to pay the admission fee on-site by themselves: 1,000 Japanese yen for adults, free admission for children under elementary school age.
- On June 4, 2026, Shiroi Koibito Park will be closed. The itinerary for the day will be adjusted accordingly, and the staying time at other scenic spots will be appropriately extended.

Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Guests who choose to alight and sightsee at Mount Moiwa Ropeway need to purchase tickets on their own. After the tour, please arrange your own transportation if needed. The Mount Moiwa Ropeway may be suspended due to various circumstances; please check the latest updates on the official website.
- The Mount Moiwa Ropeway will be out of service for regular facility maintenance from late March 2026 to late April 2026. There will be no stop at Mount Moiwa during this period. We appreciate your understanding.
- From April 2026 onwards, admission fees must be paid on-site by visitors to the Great Buddha Hall: 1,000 Japanese Yen per adult, free for children under elementary school age.
