What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Passengers who do not attend or use the product on the day of travel or use are considered to have voluntarily given up and will not be refunded
- Temporary closures: Hidden Wonders (October 24-28) ; Curiosity Grove (3:30 pm closure on October 27; 2:30 pm closure on October 28) ; Naturalist Center (2:30 pm closure on October 28)
- Osher Rainforest hours Monday-Saturday: 10 am-4:45 pm Sunday: 11 am-4:45 pm
- Morrison Planetarium showtimes Reservations required; Please note that planetarium shows may not be appropriate for children under 7, and we regret that we cannot permit any child under 4.
- Celebrate the season with us! The Academy will be open on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and for an extra hour on select days.
- Heads up! The museum will close early at 3 pm on Friday, October 28 (last entry at 2 pm) for our SuperNatural event.
- While masks are longer required indoors for guests and staff, we encourage everyone to keep masking up.
