What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

- All children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
- Adults must be accompanied by at least one child (aged 17 and under) to visit.
- Children 2 and under visit free.
- Please arrive at your scheduled date and time to guarantee admission, Early or late arrivals are not guaranteed.
- Upon arrival, please enter through the “I have tickets” line and present your voucher at the admission desk.
- Parking is free.
