The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum sits on a high hill with sweeping views of the surrounding mountains, valleys and the Pacific Ocean. The Library is one of California's beautiful and unique destinations. The Library grounds serves as the final resting place of the nation's 40th President, and his wife, First Lady Nancy Reagan. The Library‘s holdings include over 60 million pages of documents, over 1.6 million photographs, a half million feet of motion picture film and tens of thousands of audio and video tapes. Additionally, the Library houses personal paper collections including documents from Ronald Reagan’s eight years as governor of California.
Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum
Richard Nixon’s Presidency is one of the most exhaustively documented administrations in American history. The Nixon Presidential Materials Collection contains approximately 46 million pages of documents, 3,700 hours of recorded Presidential conversations known as the “White House Tapes”, 4,000 separate recordings of broadcast video, nearly 4,500 audio recordings, 300,000 still photographs, two million feet of film, and more than 35,000 State and Public Gifts.
